Light Horizon

The Wilds 01:52
The wilds come and you are never leaving them The wilds come like you're not even feeling them From eastward, tops of power stations the planes keep falling out of space and this tiny room's the perfect place to ride the wilds 'til nothing hurts The wilds come and nobody is missing them The wilds come and only I am listening
2.
Three Miler 01:57
It's not the trainers It's not the give way sign It's not forgetting that these are not my lines It's held together by string and chewing gum it isn't anywhere near my idea of fun Three miles out Run back Run in Run out It's not the bridges it's not the flooded road It's never getting out my stupid little throat
3.
Feather Head 03:02
Give me an in a strike about the chin Scored on one side no beauty in this eye Dark on the drive key in the door Mirror on the slide it's all been said before Feather Head passing out again Burn the wrist lashing out again If I begin strike about the chin Side along the score whatever worked before
4.
Leave me to the glory of the cracked concrete euphoria I love the hiss of the boiling sun on the light horizon Oh there you go lying on the duvet with the sun at your throat So let me show the outside in the outside in I could mark my years this way vapour trail rivers come wash me away Break the window, I will run to the light horizon
5.
Ghost Walk 04:41
Precious step off the country road I held my head and the seconds flowed The operation of a one way smile A party so good you could run a mile I had a touch of the Romeos and this is not my first rodeo The quick seduction of a one way smile I'm looking so good you should run a mile Caught up to me Caught up to me and now I know this isn't happening to me Caught up to me (the light is blinding) Caught up to me (the light will show...) and now I know this isn't happening to me Keep in step on the city road I hold my head and the traffic flows The operation of a one way smile A crowded heart that should be paid by the mile I had a touch of the Romeos and this is not my last rodeo The quick seduction of a one way smile I'm looking so lost you should run a mile

about

A short album recorded using only my first ever guitar (classic Hohner Argos model) and a triangle. Recorded over Christmas 2017 at my childhood home and then mixed back in London.

Rob Britton London, UK

Just can't stop making albums, it seems! I am also in Luxembourg, Menaces, Laverne and Keith Top of the Pops and his Minor UK Indie Celebrity All-Star Backing Band, so go and look at their pages. They're good!
